The successful implementation and manipulation of content management systems is increasingly central to the journalistic enterprise. This course introduces students to the ins-and-outs of content management systems, teaching them how to build and develop the gest fit for the new product that they hope to produce and the audience they intend to reach. The course also walks students through all facets of managing a web-based news project,t from conception and market research to design and implementation.
